Neil founded Kikass in 1999 and has led the organisation for the past nine years. He is Chair of our trustee board and continues to lead the Kikass Quest. Neil is sought after internationally as a coach and trainer. He holds an MA in Coaching and Mentoring and is an NLP Master Practitioner and Professional Guild of NLP certified Trainer. He is also trained as a firewalk instructor and is a fellow of the School for Social Entrepreneurs.
Leila has been the second in command at Kikass since Neil prized her away from her role as a TV producer in the Middle East developing such shows as Big Brother. Leila is an extraordinary coach and NLP Practitioner. She has a unique understanding of social marketing and a passion for developing the creative potential of young people.
Sarah is an ex-McKinsey & Co. consultant but don't hold that against her. She has an incredible brain and ability to structure and communicate complex information. Previously she was Sales Director for Computacenter and a leading consultant for Virgin Unite.
Andy is a psychologist and highly skilled coach and NLP Master Practitioner. He now runs a project planning company specialising in offering project planning consultancy to major rail and construction projects. Previously Andy was Planning and Risk Manager for the Channel Tunnel Rail Link project.
Calvin is an ex Kikass Street Teamer and a graduate of the Kikass NLP Practitioner programme. Following university (where he studied business) Calvin has been using his leadership skills to good effect developing a Sign Making business (when not globe trotting that is).
Ryan has long been a supporter of Kikass and a leading power behind some of Kikass Street Teams most successful stunts and adventures. He has incredible project management skills and the ability to ask powerful questions. Ryan works in the Aviation industry.
